Neuro-Physiological Correlates of the Altered States of Consciousness
• “……Innumerable cases ASCs are responsible for personal growth. In fact personal growth occurs, to one degree or another, in ASC experiences at all experiential levels, from the more shallow sensory level to the most profound integral level. It must also be said, however, that the deeper the level of the ASC experience, the more profound and thorough-going will be the personality growth. For example, the growth that occurs as a result of peak experiences at the sensory level will be far less profound, far less thorough-going, and likely to concern only certain aspects of the personality; whereas growth that occurs as a result of ASC experience at the deepest integral level is likely to be more profound, more lasting, more complete, and likely to concern one’s entire person hood from top to bottom……”
Does an Authentic Personal Brand emerge from an Enlivened Consciousness resulting in Enhanced Social Capital.
• “….While the foundations of a multi-cultural ethos could be laid using tolerance and civility, I believe that we should reach a stage where we understand and feel for other humans even without express communication, a level I believe is possible though new neural pathways. As Francis Fukuyama (1999) interprets social capital is an instantiated informal norm that promotes cooperation between two or more individuals. The norms that constitute social capital can range from a norm of reciprocity between two friends, all the way up to complex and elaborately articulated doctrines like Christianity or Confucianism. They must be instantiated in an actual human relationship: the norm of reciprocity exists in potentia in my dealings with all people but is actualized only in my dealings with my friends. By this definition, trust, networks, civil society, and the like which have been associated with social capital are all epiphenomenal, arising as a result of social capital but not constituting social capital itself……..”
Some new paradigms of thinking
* Human Resource function has to transcend the traditional boundaries and its routine mundane limits to encompass the Organizational Consciousness. HR Practitioners need to be leaders who are capable of understanding Human Consciousness and help build Human Rhythm within a quantum organizational universe which operates in line with well-known quantum theories applied to the physical world.
* The repository of Organizational Knowledge is not in databases or intranets but in human consciousness together which forms the “Mind of the Organization“, which has a unique identity distinct from the individual minds that form it.
* The commonly accepted six thinking hats need to be replaced with a more comprehensive seven hats which include the “Gold hat” penetrating deeper dimensions of the psyche.
* In renewing the mind, one needs to finally accept the reality of falling on “top of one’s own mind “.
* There is a compelling need for the Legal sphere to understand and incorporate facets of Therapeutic Jurisprudence.
* There is a great value in 4C model of Leadership (competence, commitment, character and consciousness) which aligns with the latest 4D model of human behaviour (acquire, bond, comprehend, defend ).

A Christian critique of the salvific beliefs of Islam.
• “.…..There is a tradition from the Jami as-Sahih of at-Tirmidhi that the following verse once formed part of Suratul-Bayyinah (Surah 98) of the Qur’an:The religion with Allah is al-Hanifiyyah (the Upright Way) rather than that of the Jews or the Christians, and those who good will not go unrewarded. (As-Suyuti, Al Itqan fii ‘Ulum al-Qur’an, p. 525).This passage could well have once belonged to the Surah as it fits well into its context and contains words found elsewhere in it, namely din (religion, v. 5), aml, (to do, v. 7) and hunafa (upright, v. 4). The Surah also contrasts the way of Allah with the Jews and Christians in other passages in the text and it is a good example of a verse now missing from the Qur’an.Umar ibn al-Khattab, one of the very closest companions of Muhammad and his second successor, taught plainly from the pulpit in Medina while he was Caliph that whereas Surah 24.2 teaches that adulterers should be lashed with a hundred stripes, a verse in the Qur’an originally stipulated that married men and women who commit adultery were to be stoned to death…….“

A Christian critique of the Buddhist Concept of Suffering– A comparison of Karl Barth’s Dogmatics (1939), with Buddhagosha’s Vissudhimagga ( 5 th Century) Research, USA 1999.
• A comparison of Karl Barth’s Dogmatics (1939), with Buddhagosha’s Vissudhimagga ( 5 th Century) Research, USA 1999. Some research carried out at Buddhist and Pali University, Sri Lanka, at Forest Hermitage, Kandy and Nilambe. This research has been used to build a conceptual framework to identify the contours of a Buddhist apologetic.
• “.….Central to Barth’s understanding of the source of sin is human choice gone wrong. In a number of ways Barth describes this wrong choice as a refusal, a movement of evasion, rebellion and especially unbelief. A strong element of human volition and choice exercised in ways that place humanity at odds with God is present. Humanity actively ignores and/or offends the divine majesty; this is an expression of disobedience and of breaking God’s divine command. Disobedience springs up necessarily and irresistibly from the bitter root of unbelief. It is true enough that unbelief is the sin, the original form and source of all sins and in the last analysis the only sin because it is the sin that produces and embraces all other sins. In all sins, it is unbelief which transgresses God’s command …“

Research studies on Veda and Unified field of Consciousness including 40 branches of Ved in human physiology at the Maharishi European Research University, Vlodrop, Holland and Fairfield, Iowa, USA : This philosophy is based on the Advaita Vedantic tradition propagated by Shankara. As per this tradition, the essential identity of the Atman and brahman is the most important tenet of Advaita. Brahman is the substratum on which all phenomena are experienced. Liberation consists in realizing this identity, not just as a matter of literal or intellectual understanding, but as something that is to be grasped by the individual in his/her own personal experience………..Yatha Pinde tatha Brahmande……
……Some areas of research dealt with the Unified Field of consciousness from the perspective of QUANTUM PHYSICS…..The universe and everything in it – including us – may, in fact, be part of a grand cosmic pattern where all portions are evenly shared by every other. Encapsulating this unified view of nature, Bohm simply stated, “The new form of insight can perhaps best be called ‘Undivided Wholeness in Flowing Movement. Bohm’s theories have been gradually sculpted out with experimental evidence and theoretical detail. Beneath their different names and shades – superstrings, compactification, Kac-Moody algebras – all these complex, numerical models point to the same basic truth: everything blossoms out from an underlying unity. In these studies the term “consciousness” was clearly distinguished from the highly individualized and anthropocentric sense of the term common to everyday experience: it is used to denote a completely universal field of “pure, self-interacting” consciousness — consciousness aware of itself alone, devoid of any individualizing influence or external objects of experience…….
